SkillIA is currently being founded in Munich, Germany, in the heart of one of Europe's strongest job markets, and at the center of its biggest paradox: companies that can't find people, next to people who can't find the right company.
We're starting here because Munich is where European industry, technology and talent already meet. But our ambition doesn't stop at the city limits, or the country's.

Runs the commercial side of SkillIA: he talks to the SMEs we place candidates with, leads customer discovery and interviews the candidates himself.
Nelson Wierzbinski
CTO · Product & the engine
Builds the product. He owns the matching engine and our data and compliance architecture — the technology that turns a CV into the right job.
Sebastian Dionizi
COO · Operations & delivery
Keeps the operation running: delivery, our AÜG staffing licence and the public-sector channel, and he co-runs the candidate interviews.
